About Reza Eslami

MohammadReza (Reza) Eslami is the founder of Arnika Visa Solutions Inc. and a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants licenses and regulates the practice of Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs). His professional profile identifies his licence number as R710241.

Reza brings experience in business, quality and document-focused work to his immigration consulting practice. He speaks English, French and Persian. His work with clients focuses on understanding their circumstances, explaining the applicable process, and helping them prepare and organize information within the agreed scope of service.

A personal immigration journey

Reza’s own immigration journey to Canada included a Federal Skilled Worker application, a refusal, a later application that was returned, and a subsequent application through the Quebec Skilled Worker Program. He became a permanent resident of Canada in 2013.

That experience gives him a personal understanding of the uncertainty and practical challenges that can accompany an immigration process. It does not mean every case is the same: eligibility, evidence and available options depend on the individual circumstances and the rules in force.

Professional experience and approach

Before focusing on immigration consulting, Reza worked in quality and business-related roles. Skills developed through that work—including attention to detail, reviewing records, identifying inconsistencies and organizing complex information—inform his approach to reviewing client documents.

For each matter, the work begins with understanding the client’s goals and circumstances, identifying the requested service, and explaining the scope, fees, and information needed. Advice is tailored to the facts available. Responsible authorities make immigration decisions, and no representative can guarantee approval or a particular outcome.

Immigration services

Arnika Visa’s immigration consulting services include the following areas, subject to the firm’s current scope and the client’s circumstances:

Visa refusal support

For help understanding a refusal and considering possible next steps, read the Canada visa refusal guide. Clients considering another application may also find our guide to reapplying after a Canada visa refusal useful.

Family sponsorship

Arnika Visa’s family sponsorship focus is on eligible spouse or partner sponsorship, dependent children, and parents or grandparents. The available process and requirements depend on the relationship and current program rules.

Business immigration

Arnika Visa assists entrepreneurs and business owners exploring Canadian immigration pathways. The appropriate pathway depends on the person’s circumstances, business plans and current program requirements; no pathway should be assumed to be available or suitable without an assessment.

Education and professional credentials

Reza’s education and credentials include immigration-consultant education at LaSalle College, a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, and the RCIC credential.
