IMMIGRATION CONSULTING FEES

Clear, personalized immigration consulting fees

Arnika Visa provides Canadian immigration consulting services for individuals, families and entrepreneurs. The professional fee depends on the service requested, the work involved and the circumstances of the case. Before work begins, clients receive a written service agreement explaining the agreed scope, fees, payment terms, and any additional costs.

Our fees cover professional services, not a promised immigration outcome. No immigration consultant can guarantee approval. The responsible immigration authority decides each application.

Consultation fees

A 45-minute strategy meeting with a senior Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) is listed at $150.

What affects the professional fee?

The fee may depend on the type of application or service, the complexity of the circumstances, the amount of document review and preparation required, research needs, the number of applicants, and whether ongoing representation or responses to immigration-authority correspondence are included.

The service agreement should set out the exact work included. If a client’s circumstances or requested work change, explain any change to the scope or fee and agree it in writing.

Professional fees and other costs

Professional fees are separate from government application fees and other third-party costs. Depending on the matter, additional costs may include government fees, translation, document certification, courier or other services. These costs are not included unless the service agreement expressly says they are.

Government fees can change. Check the official IRCC fee list for current application fees before submitting an application.

What to expect before hiring Arnika Visa

1. Share your circumstances

Complete the relevant assessment form with accurate information about your situation and goals. This information helps determine whether the requested service falls within the firm’s scope and whether further review is needed.

2. Discuss the service and fee

If a consultation is appropriate, book a strategy meeting to discuss your questions and the potential scope of work. A consultation is not necessarily a full review of every form and supporting document; confirm what is included when booking.

3. Review and sign the service agreement

If you decide to retain Arnika Visa for additional work, review the written service agreement before signing. It should describe the services, professional fees, payment schedule, client and consultant responsibilities, and any applicable terms for ending the engagement.

4. Work begins within the agreed scope

After you sign the agreement and make the required initial payment, work begins according to the agreed scope. Arnika Visa will communicate about the file in accordance with the service agreement.
