Daniel Dorey

Daniel Dorey is a leader in the real estate industry, he possesses over 30 years of experience in the acquisition and integration of real estate assets and real estate corporations, as well as asset management and financial structuring. Daniel was a founder and Executive Chairman of OneCap Investment Co., a publicly traded company on the TSXv exchange. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Canada Lands Corporation and President of Oxford Quebec, where he acquired assets valued at well over one billion and was directly responsible for managing the real estate portfolio. Before Oxford, Mr. Dorey founded Koral Properties, which became one of the largest property management firms in Quebec within a five-year period. Previously executive chairman of OneCap Investment Corporation, past board member of the Youth Protection Division Foundation (DPJ), chairman of Urban Development Institute, past director of the Montréal Economic Institute, and past member of the Quebec Board of Directors.
