PRICING

Does Pricing matter?

In the value equation (service + quality + access), Pricing plays a crucial role. Businesses develop products and services to create value. The price may increase, but the consumer will still be happy with the higher value if they believe there is a good ratio of quality, service, and accessibility. The perception of Pricing may decrease if the client believes that the quality, service, or access ratio is low.

What’s the difference between an Investment and an Expense?

In theory, an investment or an expense definition seems quite clear-cut. Investment is spending that creates an asset that will help generate profits over several years. An expense is an outflow of money or assets to another individual or company as payment for an item or service. The investment will start paying you back, and the Expense is a drain on your resources. Viewing all spending as investments instead of expenses will help guide better immigration decisions.

So, spending off on your immigration pathway is a future investment for your family and you, not an expense.

How much will my Immigration Inquiry Cost (Investment)?

It is a fair and straightforward question. The answer would be tricky enough because every individual situation is varied, and several factors are involved in your immigration inquiry.  So, your immigration fees can be as high-priced as it is complex. The client often pays the price (Directly and indirectly!) for substandard legal work when they hire a generalist who requires an expert.

At ARNIKA VISA  we believe in total transparency and trust. Our professional fees are based on the services we provide the clients during the immigration process of each program, not the outcome. Each person’s situation is often unique. The costs depend on the nature of your case and the fees assigned by IRCC. The prices vary depending on the services you need, including legal submission letter, research, preparation of the application and various form completion support, ongoing consultations during the processing of your application, answering correspondence from IRCC, tracking the status of the application, etc. So, we offer our Canadian Immigration Services in 4 distinct packages along with its fees to assist clients with their budgets to pass through all their immigration challenges as per your needs. Here are some highlighted of our packages:

As the CICC (Formerly ICCRC) advises the public, there are many questions to ask your RCICs before accepting their professional services amongst them:

  • For what service am I paying?
  • Why are your fees more expensive or cheap?

Therefore, it is necessary to compare the RCICsfees and services will provide for your immigration application in detail and get directly in touch with the RCIC who will be handling your application.

There are many services that the RCIC (Mr. Reza Eslami) could offer you based on your needs. Our list of services can help you select your desired RCICs who can handle your immigration inquiry accurately and according to your needs. Luckily, our Canadian Immigration Services were prepared in 4 distinct packages with a list of their services to help you get through all the immigration challenges you needAccordingly, our services are named with a metal tier: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The metal is used to signal how generous the services coverage will be. The more valuable the metal is, the more the plan will pay for the services. Bronze represents the lowest level of services whilst platinum represents the highest level of services. The lower the metal level, the more you must work yourself on your immigration matters at the time you accept our RCIC’s services. Here is a highlight of some Arnika package services. To get more details about our service, the first step is to Complete the Assessment Form. We provide these services in English, French, and Persian.

Step One: Complete the Assessment Form to connect with the RCIC

Suppose you want to find out about immigration options to Canada and also want to discover how our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) can assist you. In that case, the first step is to complete the Assessment Form (To detail your personal, educational, and employment information). The more information you provide, the better our Consultation can be. It is the form of Multiple-choice questions designed to minimize your need for writing. Please answer the questions correctly to receive a more detailed evaluation and advice. If you have doubts about your answer, explain it briefly in the “Additional Relevant Information” section.

Step Two: An Initial Review by the RCIC

Once the Assessment Form is fully completed, the RCIC will review the information provided. The RCIC (Mr. Reza Eslami, R710241) did this free initial assessment and included a review of your conditions in various Canadian immigration programs (Getting a Temporary or Permanent Visa). One of the Arnika Visa Team members will share the results with you.

Step Three: Book a 30-Minute Consultation Session

The RCIC schedule the Initial Consultation if he can help clients solve their immigration challenges. The RCIC doesn’t provide free private immigration sessions, so he charges $CAD 115, tax included. (Deductible if the RCIC is hired upon Consultation within 30 calendar days from the initial consultation date). Otherwise, the payment will be reimbursed, the schedule will be cancelled, and the client will be notified.

This service engages him in conducting a preliminary assessment of clients’ eligibility for Canadian Immigration programs, assessing their current situation, and answering their immigration questions. It is a great starting point for individuals who want to learn more about Canadian immigration options or have specific questions about their status and situation answered. The 30-minute Initial Consultation does not allow enough time to review the immigration forms and supporting documents. An application review related to your immigration history requires the RCIC to do more research. The RCIC offers BRONZE or SILVER services packages for those purposes. The Clients may contact our offices, and we will connect with you to see how we can accommodate your inquiry.

Step Four: 30-Minute Consultation session

The 30-Minute Consultation session could be done via a Video-Communication platform (The most popular option) or by phone call to accommodate your needs. It is an opportunity for the client to ask questions and seek the Immigration advice of the RCIC and an opportunity for the RCIC to fully comprehend each client’s condition, resulting in more thoughtful advice.

Step Five: Following the Consultation session

The RCIC may answer a maximum of two (2) follow-up questions from the client via email or at the RCIC’s choice. It remains at his sole discretion to answer back the follow-up questions. The questions must be received by the RCIC within two (2) calendar days after the consultation date and cannot be technical or require in-depth research.

Step Six: Sign a Retainer Agreement with the RCIC

For some clients, the advice received during the Initial Consultation is all they need, and they will do it independently. For clients who want to engage the RCIC as their authorized representative to do more work, the RCIC-Client relationship should be established officially by signing the Retainer Agreement. The RCIC will draft a personalized retainer agreement describing the RCIC’s and the client’s responsibilities. The retainer agreement defines how much he charges and how clients pay him. The RCIC requires an initial deposit to start work on the client’s file. The client money is secured in RCIC’s client account (Trust Account) and managed as per the CICC (Formerly ICCRC) regulation and will be used for the work when it is done. So, the RCIC starts to work on the client immigration files, and he makes sure to give clients updates on their applications. The RCIC can represent the client fully, partially, or review their files based on their chosen package. The Initial RCIC Consultation fee is then credited toward the cost of the retainer agreement if the client signs the retainer agreement within 30 calendar days from the initial consultation date with no pressure or sales tactics.
