PRICING

Does Pricing matter?

Pricing plays a crucial role in the value equation (Service + Quality + Access). Businesses develop products and services to create value. The price may increase, but the consumer will still be happy with the higher value if they believe there is a good ratio of quality, service, and accessibility. The perception of Pricing may decrease if the client feels the quality, service, or access ratio needs to be higher.

What’s the difference between an Investment and an Expense?

In theory, the definition of an investment or an expense is clear-cut. Investment is spending that creates an asset that will help generate profits over several years. A cost is an outflow of money or assets to another individual or company as payment for an item or service. The investment will start paying you back, and the expense will drain your resources. Viewing all spending as investments instead of expenses will help guide better immigration decisions.

So, spending off on your immigration pathway is a future investment for your family and you, not an expense.

How much will my Immigration Inquiry Cost (Investment)?

It is a fair and straightforward question. The answer would be tricky enough because every individual situation is varied, and several factors are involved in your immigration inquiry.  So, your immigration fees can be as high-priced as they are complex. The client often pays the price (Directly and indirectly!) for substandard legal work when they hire a generalist who requires an expert.

What factors can affect my Immigration legal fees?

Your Immigration fees are the amount you will pay for legal services to a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or a lawyer, in addition to third-party fees such as application fees charged by Immigration Authorities, document translation, photocopying, mailing, etc.

Legal fees can fluctuate greatly (the hourly rate starts from $150) because of the difficulty level of your case, the amount of work required, the time it will take (hours), how many forms/documents are needed, etc. So, your immigration fees will largely depend on your situation.

Unlike most lawyers, Arnika Visa administers a “flat-rate billing” policy by a predetermined date, which means the clients will know the cost to pay at the starting point, including third-party payments. We understand fees would be your concern while considering hiring an RCIC who fits your budget. Accordingly, we offer exceptional value in exchange for the fees we charge, ensuring fairness and transparency in our pricing. This commitment to transparency and fairness ensures that you are making a secure and informed financial commitment. Our service, backed by our transparent and value-based pricing, ensures that your investment is well-placed and your immigration journey is in safe hands.

At Arnika Visa,  we believe in total transparency and trust. Our professional fees are based on the services we provide the clients during the immigration process of each program, not the outcome. Each person’s situation is often unique. The costs depend on the nature of your case and the fees assigned by IRCC. The prices vary depending on the services you need, including legal submission letter, research, preparation of the application and various form completion support, ongoing consultations during the processing of your application, answering correspondence from IRCC, tracking the application status, etc. We offer our Canadian Immigration Services in PLATINUM package solely to pass through all their immigration challenges per your needs. Here are some highlights of all the packages This investment will pave the way for a brighter future, offering long-term benefits for you and your loved ones. designed to provide you with the best value for your investment.

As the CICC (formerly ICCRC) advises the public, it’s essential to ask your RCICs the right questions before engaging in their professional services. Some key questions include:

  1. What service am I paying for?
  2. Why are your fees higher or lower than others?

Understanding these aspects is crucial to making an informed decision. It is highly recommended that you compare the fees and services offered by various RCICs in detail and directly communicate with the RCIC that will handle your application.

At Arnika Visa, we recognize the importance of offering comprehensive and personalized immigration services tailored to your needs. Step One: Complete the Assessment Form to connect with the RCIC

Suppose you’re eager to explore your immigration options to Canada and are curious how our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) can assist you. The first step is to complete our user-friendly Assessment Form, which details your personal, educational, and employment information. The form is designed with multiple-choice questions to minimize your need for writing, making the process more convenient for you. The more information you provide, the more accurate our consultation can be. If you’re unsure about any question, simply explain briefly in the ‘Additional Relevant Information’RCIC) can assist you. In that case, the first step is to complete the related Assessment Form. The more information you give us, the better our Consultation can be. It is the form of Multiple-choice questions designed to minimize your need for writing. Please answer the questions correctly to receive a more detailed evaluation and advice. If you have doubts about your answer, explain it briefly in the “Additional Relevant Information” section.

Step Two: An Initial Review by the RCIC

Once the Assessment Form is fully completed, the RCIC will review the information provided. The RCIC (Mr. Reza Eslami, R710241) did this free initial assessment and included a review of your conditions in various Canadian immigration programs (Getting a Temporary or Permanent Visa). One of the Arnika Visa Team members will share the results with you.

Step Three: Book a Strategy Consultation Session

The RCIC schedules the initial consultation to see if he can help clients solve their immigration challenges. Since the RCIC doesn’t provide free private immigration sessions, he charges little money for your future investment.

This service involves a preliminary assessment of your eligibility for Canadian Immigration programs, an evaluation of your current situation, and the opportunity to have your immigration questions answered. It’s a great starting point for individuals who want to learn more about Canadian immigration options or have specific questions about their status and situation answered. However, please note that the Strategy Consultation session does not allow enough time to review immigration forms and supporting documents. If a more in-depth review of your immigration history is required, the RCIC will need to conduct further research.

Step Four: Strategy Consultation session

The Strategy Consultation session, conducted via the Google Meet Video Communication method or phone call, is a personalized opportunity for you to ask questions and seek the RCIC’s expert advice. This session allows the RCIC to fully understand your unique situation, ensuring the advice you receive is thoughtful and tailored to your needs.

Step Five: Following the Consultation session

After the Consultation session, the RCIC may answer a maximum of two (2) follow-up questions from the client. These questions can be sent via email or at the RCIC’s choice. Please note that it is at the RCIC’s sole discretion to answer back the follow-up questions. The RCIC must receive the questions within two (2) calendar days after the consultation date and they cannot be technical or require in-depth research.

Step Six: Sign a Retainer Agreement with the RCIC

For some clients, the advice received during the Initial Consultation is all they need, and they will do it independently. For clients who want to engage the RCIC as their authorized representative to do more work, the RCIC-Client relationship should be established officially by signing the Retainer Agreement. The RCIC will draft a personalized retainer agreement describing the RCIC’s and the client’s responsibilities. The retainer agreement defines how much he charges and how clients pay him. The RCIC requires an initial deposit to start work on the client’s file. The client’s money is secured in RCIC’s client account (Trust Account) and is managed as per the CICC (Formerly ICCRC) regulation. It will be used for the work when it is done. So, the RCIC starts to work on the client immigration files, and he makes sure to give clients updates on their applications, ensuring your money is in safe hands.
